Order Processing Times

We carefully study your prescription / order before cutting and assembling your order. Your glasses also go through our quality control stage as well as a pre-delivery fitting process. Your single-vision glasses are usually ready in 5-7 business days plus the shipping. Please allow additional 5-7 days for photochromic glasses and sunglasses.

Shipping Times

Currently, we only ship to Canada.  You should receive a tracking # once your order is ready to ship. You can expect your order within 5-7 days from the time you receive your notification

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders within Canada. We ship via Canada Post or Shippie depending on your location.

Local Pickup

We currently do not have local pickup but we are planning to have this service available in the near future.
